We provide a client-centred approach when working with buyers and sellers or their representatives. Navigating the sale or purchase of an aircraft is often a difficult task, and we strive to make this easier.

This is our 3-Step Process we follow for enhanced transparency and to better serve you during the sale or acquisition of your aircraft.


Step 1: Your Pilot Profile

As your broker, we want to find the right aircraft for you based on your desires and goals you wish to pursue with your freedom to fly. 


We will establish a Pilot Profile for you. This involves a review of your experience as well as your future aircraft ownership goals. This will help narrow our focus to better serve you in finding the right aircraft to not only serve your needs; but give you the experience you need to go further. 


Canadian Aircraft Brokers can also provide the required skills upgrade training such as:


  • Advanced Avionics Transition (Garmin/Avidyne)
  • Complex Aircraft
  • Cirrus Aircraft 
  • Turbine Transition
  • Instrument Rating Training (Ground and Flight)


Step 2: Market Research

We will conduct comprehensive research within the appropriate market space for our clients aircraft. 


We do this by building a model of compiled data of aircraft within a similar type or class currently listed. Based on year, type-model, airframe time, engine and propeller time, we will have an accurate representation as to where the fair market value of an aircraft currently lies. We then supply this data to our client. 


When buying an aircraft, Canadian Aircraft Brokers will use this model along side aviation industry networking to provide you with viable options that meet your search criteria.


When selling your aircraft, Canadian Aircraft Brokers will use our market research model to price your aircraft accurately so you can get the best value for your asset. 


Step 3: Establishing The Aircraft Life Timeline Model

Our first step for our prospective buyer or seller clients is to establish an Aircraft Life Timeline Model. This is our way of providing transparency and showing due diligence. Canadian Aircraft Brokers will complete the necessary log reviews, condition assessments and maintenance history research.
